Africa Vacation Safaris is a local tour operator registered and licensed by UTB with license number UTB/RTT/TT/2025/101965 which was established about 6 years back, as a family business. As expected of most small companies, it has a fine reputation for personalized service. Today, several years later, the company is cherished by many not necessarily because it is one of the leading tour operators in the country, but rather because it positively impacts on the lives of locals at destinations it travels to. One such is Sheema, a District in Western Uganda where it sponsors free annual medical camps—during which locals have checkups. Benefitting from the free HIV and Hepatitis B checks, many natives have been able to live a more responsible life. The initiative which is carried out by our sister company usually lasts a week every year, attending to over 800 people, majority of whom are teenagers and youths.

Since inception, over three hundred clients have given us business. We believe this has a lot to do with our motivation to treat all visitors as our personal guests. We have also invested substantially to maintain the efficiency and quality that has been our foundation. It is now the African Vacation Safaris tradition and trademark.

As a native Ugandan, I am committed to promoting Uganda as it is richly endowed with countless wonders that deserve a special place on everyone’s bucket-list. This is widely reflected in the countless travel awards it continues to win. As the Managing Director of African Vacation Safaris, I am also committed to making sure that all our safari guests have an outstanding trip full of delightful memories.
