Day 1: Arrival in Maun and Fly to Okavango Delta
On arrival at Maun in Botswana, you will be met by our African Vacation Safaris representative and connect to your light aircraft which will be waiting to take you to the wilderness of the Okavango Delta. From air you will enjoy a first glimpse of the glittering waterways as you make your way to the Kwara Airstrip in the northeast of the Delta.
Upon landing, you will be met by your guide and your Okavango Delta Safari experience starts as you make your way from the airstrip to the camp. After a short introduction, you will have some time to settle in before heading out for another exciting afternoon or evening activity depending on your arrival time.

Day 2-3: Safari in Okavango Delta
Spend the next two full days exploring the mesmerizing Okavango Delta, you will have the chance to explore one of the most wildlife-rich areas of the Okavango Delta and enjoy excellent wildlife sightings that are incredible throughout the year in Kwara Concession.
You will explore this concession in various ways, the most common is by 4×4 game drive vehicle on which you will search for wildlife, both during the day and the night. Also, boat safaris (Mokoro Trips) and walking safaris give you a chance for full immersion into the rhythm of this UNESCO World Heritage Site of Outstanding universal Value.

Day 4: Johannesburg
After a morning experience in Kwara Concession, you will be driven back to the airstrip in time for your flight back to Maun where you will connect to a flight back to Johannesburg where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the suburbs of the city.

Onsite activities include Kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, beach volleyball, and cricket.
